Assessment Centres:

An Assessment Centre (AC and DAC) is a formal process during which individual and group simulations are used to identify an individual’s current areas of strength and current areas needing further development. The individual’s behaviour during the simulations is evaluated against competencies regarded as being critical to effective job performance.

These products are developed to meet the clients’ needs. A more traditional approach can be followed in the development of the AC or alternatively the newest technology can be applied to develop a computer based and virtual AC for a customer.

Again our focus will be to equip the relevant role players in the organisation with the skills and knowledge to conduct these centres independently from us should they have the capacity to do it.
